Merchandise can only be returned with our approval, or confirmation.
Upon approval you will receive a full refund on your towels, however any freight or shipping cost ,and any credit card transaction fees will be deducted from your refund.
There is no refund or exchange on custom made towels (eg. embroidered), closeouts, or special sales items.
Upon approval an exchange or refund can take place with deduction of any shipping costs , and 20% restocking fee.
